Where to Turkey Hunt??

Looking for a spot as close to Vancouver WA. to take my 10 year old out for the youth turkey hunt weekend.  We have a trip planned for later in the spring around Spokane, but wanted to see if anyone could recommend anywhere closer for the opening weekend. Appreciate any suggestions.

Contact your local DNR biologist or Forest Service if their land is within your hunting range.  Lots of turkeys upriver along the Columbia.
