just picked up a ruger American in .243, I am in love with this gun pulled it out of the box threw a scope on it bore sighted it, first three rounds about a quarter size group, 2 inches high and 1 inch to the left, adjusted and fired 6 more rounds was in the same grouping just dead on at 100 yards, cheapest rifle I have ever bought its my new farm gun love it, looking forward to killing some yotes and deer in the upcoming season.

I use the Rugar Ranch Rifle. (AKA Mini 14) I just like wood and Iron sites. I wish I could shoot it like my 22 I had as a kid. Rats.
