I have not heard alot about Toutle Bull Rifle Permits - Anyone here draw one?

Now that there has been some rain, more roads should be open for scouting on weekends.
I plan to start looking at the area in earnest come October. The animals should be pushed around some due to deer hunters, muzzleloaders, mushroomers and the like.
Are you going to be there come November 1?

My hunting partner drew one and we will scout some in october. Hope more roads open up so we have more area to look over. Will keep you posted on our scouting.
