Glad to see old-timers here

Or should I say experienced hunters. Having seen of pictures of many of the long time turkey hunters, I am encouraged that the 2012 crowd is still here. Some of the old time turkey hunters like Yelp are actually youngsters.
Gathering is easy. Hunting is a challenge.

Well, you are too young to qualify for a senior discount on the ferries.
But at 62 you just qualify for a recreational pass (trail heads, national parks, boat ramps, etc).
The national park park part is best as there is no entrance fee. The pass is a lifetime pass (no expiration).
Costs only $10.
Gathering is easy. Hunting is a challenge.

I don't know if any of you realize it or not but Wacenturion is one of, if not the one, of the people responsible for turkey hunting as we now know it in this state.

I know he is not the type of guy to toot his own horn so I just thought I would throw this up here. Those of you that are big time turkey hunters in this state have him to thank for a lot of it. ;)
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!

 :yeah:

Yep ... already aware of contributions by WaCent, his son, Yelp, Turkeyman, and many others on this site.  Nothing but respect for them and what they accomplished.
