I wanted spare ribs
«
on:

Made a comment to my wife Dana about cooking some ribs. Oh that sounds great she says. Then I said, I'm not useing the smoker. Thought I'd just braise them in the oven. Since the weather is going to be nasty. Then she said just wait for better weather then, cause I want my ribs smoked. Ribs are on the back burner for the next couple days
. Might just clear a spot on the deck under the cover. Then that's just asking for more
. lol

Yup...you've done it now...now there just isn't going 2 be ribs w/o the smoker and if you clear a spot on the porch you may end up with a longer "honey do" list
But ribs sure do sound good right about now

lol guys. I'm a little spoiled myself. I love eating, and drinking while I'm smoking. When the weather is bad it's not as much fun. Once I get the smokehouse finished it'll be tons of fun. Till then I have to pick my days. Especially since the last time I smoked in this kind of weather. Our 12x12 shade canopy collasped
. But heck today is one more day closer to spring
