(no comnent) hahaha. no, actually we ended up over at Panhandle Lake that evening, caught some nice trout and cooked them up with some pasta for dinner.

I was pretty proud of myself when i hit the summit, but there's a lot of folks on here that have accomplished significantly more than that. Thank you.

To stand atop Adams like that... I never knew the top was so small/flat.

It's weird, Steve. It's a very small area...maybe 30' across the highest point. Drop down a few feet from the summit and there's a large plateau where you can see forever in every direction. We had bluebird skies but the wind was cranking.
