Finally got my new boat
« on: March 08, 2013, 07:02:36 PM »
After all but giving up, I finally closed the deal on my new boat today. They were stubborn but so was I, and It finally worked out. Now all I have to do is wait for them to transfer all my gear from the old boat to the new. The kicker, scotty electrics and the lowrance. She's a beauty! Great looking boat!
What's it take to get a fishing trip on that thing?

Boy that is a dandy boat, congrats. Can't wait for my phone call asking me to go out with you in her. :chuckle:

Thanks everyone, I am very happy and proud of her. I never dreamed that I'd own such a sweet boat. I started with an old beat up 8 1/2' livingston, then got a couple of 12 footers that I threw in the back of the truck. Then I finally got a used 16' lund with a trailer, and since then I just keep moving up every few years. Now I'm 49 and I finally have the kind of boat I've always dreamed of.

I periodically post up an empty fishing seat and all I ask is for is a gas donation. Kola16, Capsilver and a few others have fished with me. I'm always willing to take out hunt wa members If you come to the crab outing on July 20, there is a very good chance of getting out on it.

With it being a humpy year I will post up fishing opportunities a lot. Can't wait to bloody the deck!
