Snapped this last August.
« on: March 27, 2007, 07:41:14 PM »
I was on my way to my favorite bear huntin spot and I had to stop and snap this pic.
Something about the fog, the trees and the mts. The pic does not do the scenery justice, especially in this small format.

Nice, I love the early morning sunrise in the mountains, nothing like it.

Thanks guys. By no means did I deserve to get so lucky, it was all mother nature. If you notice the fog in the bottom center of the photo.....that fog is just above the road. The road is a straight shot with a pretty good drop, so I stopped at thetop of the rise and took a couple.

Here is one in portrait.

Oh, and less then an hour later my son snapped this photo.

Billy looks like you also have been successful through the years.  We might have to get together this August.

Coon Dog - It has been alot of hard work and alot of luck (not afraid to admit that) but we have done pretty good.
I have posted alot of my bear hunts on Bears East, but if I find time I may repost some of them here.
Last year I took two of my favorite photos and within an hour later I shot bears.
I took this pic of my brother and my nephew 30 minutes before I shot the bear above..
