Cooking Lamb Shank and Leg of Lamb

Looking for suggestions on a good recipe for slow cooker or Dutch oven for leg of lamb and/or lamb shank. Acquired some meat from a buddy!

Absolutely!! cube it and do Skiesh kabob's with the bulk of it seasoned with lawery's salt and pepper!! Boil the rest down with a bay leaf and some veggies of choice along with a pot of rice!!
