bow string?
« on: October 14, 2008, 10:52:35 AM »
I have a 2004 bowtech patriot and after late buck season it looks like it will be time to replace the string.  I usually use  winners choice and am totally happy with them, but
was just wondering if anybody has another preference that they like better?

thanks

Stay with WC if your OK with the price.  A cheaper alternative that is very close to the same quality is Vapor Trail, I've been using them for a while now with great results.  They will ship next day on most occasions and custom colors are free.

when i put a winners choice on my bow is when my shots really settled down and got some excellent consistency. winners choice has worked for you before, if it ain't broke don't fix it. lol :P

keep in mind i have a limited opinion and little experience with other strings. i just know when i saw my shots get better.

I have had success with the Zebra Twist strings :twocents:
