Got it all sliced up, and going to feed some to the kid for a test run tonight. It looks good but I think it's going to be more like ham

Look's good. When you get it bigger like that it still tastes like bacon but eats more like ham
Which there is nothing wrong with that! That reminds me I have about 80lbs of pork to do in the next few weeks before things get crazy
