How much area is up there? For all my BS ive never been up there. Mostly what i understand is it was once a pretty decent general area for deer and bear but isnt what it used to be.

Plenty for a few hunters.......it is now just a shooting range/garbage dump. Look it up on google earth (except on google earth it is called e-post  :dunno: :chuckle: )

We shot up there a few weeks back. I am going to try and organize a clean up through Cabelas.

Used to see a few bears in there. Deer too. Like the guys said its been shot up. Im sure a guy can still find animals up there but it won't ever be my go to spot.

...and don't take a right at the Y and think you're going to do some exploring at the end of that road. There is a real nut job that lives down there in a travel trailer. He will sometimes come out with a rifle, carrying in a military combat type stance, and will threaten to shoot you... not kidding.  :yike: :yike: :yike: Come to think of it he might even be "the guy on the river".
