Biffs Blue Ribbon hot and spicy. Sold at Tacoma boys and other stores. Made by a friend in Puyallup. The best.

I know it's very popular but I personally don't care for sweet baby rays.  My favorite sauce seems to change from time to time.  Right now, it's KC Masterpiece Burbon flavored sauce

Years ago my folks were visiting family in South Dakota and ran across this stuff and it is awesome.

You can't buy it anywhere locally. If you're ever in SD, pick up a bottle and try it out...you'll be ordering it by the case every 4 months or so afterwards :chuckle:

I use no sauce on my ribs while they are cooking, except for mop sauce, which is not much more than beer and apple cider vinegar.  But I prefer Texas style.  There are tons of great BBQ recipes online.  It's so easy to make your own, plus your guests will be that much more impressed with your efforts.
Nothing witty here.... move along.

I put Sweet Baby Ray's in a pan, add caramelized Walla Walla sweet onions and sometimes a little bacon and let it cook on low for a couple of hours.  Mmmmmm....

If you are forced to buy it from the store sweet baby rays gets the vote, but if you can get your hands on some Big Papa Bills sauce it will be a real treat. I think he will have the BEAST loaded up with BBQ down at the Orting Daffodill parade this weekend in downtown Orting WA and I read he will be selling his sauce there as well.

:) :yeah: I dry pack any seasoning I use, I see no reason for putting sauce on good meat.

 :yeah:

Any wet that goes on my ribs before they hit the smoker might be mustard, but that's it.
