Today I heard about a fly-shotgun you load with salt.  He was shooting Carpenter Ants when it broke,so he emailed the manufacturer and they said there was a defect in the first ones, so they're sending him a new one for free!  Sounds like fun!  He said there was a website, but I can't recall what it is...
The carpenter ants have been terrible on the east side this year. I cant remember there being so many of them. I might have to take the Nerf slingshot in search of ''Big Louie'' 8)

If I see the guy again today I'll write down the website, and get more particulars.  from what he said, you have to "reload" the ammo for it...with salt!
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

Just take a BB gun and make sure to get ALL the BB's out. Pump it 10-15 times, pour a little salt down the barrel and fire away

That sounds like pretty effective medicine...does that fall under the muzzleloader class?  :chuckle:

OK, I corralled the guy and he said to just Google "Bug A Salt" and that will take you to the website.  He even did it on his Smart Phone, and played the video of a fly getting shot off a plate of jello.  You can order them online if that is your wish.  Looks like a cool gun, and no shortage of targets.  Now Homeland Security will start buying up all the salt....  :chuckle:

SCORE ONE FOR THE CAT!! just moments ago the wife & i came in & sat on the couch. our killer main coon cat named scruff came to my feet for a pet & at that moment a monster fly buzzed my head, sounded like a 747 jet. up goes the cat & after an intense aerial battle that encompassed the entire living room scruff landed a nasty rt paw that downed the beast. there was no time for picts, sorry, cause as soon as the giant hit the ground-GULP- & it was gone. wow it happened so fast.

Not fooling me ... That was photoshopped. I suppose the next one you will long-arm . Here at Buck Canyon Lodge we practice the SSS. Once the WDFW gets wind of this sport you will need a housefly tag, blow fly tag, horse fly tag (my favorite)  etc. Keep it quite!!
Thanks for all for your past support...We officially pulled the plug and have retired from the Biz. Still dabble a little in real estate.

Yes. Plus WDFW cant manage predators so venus fly traps will just destroy the population and you can say goodby to fly hunting!
