Weber's New Real Grilling
« on: July 17, 2013, 10:01:06 AM »
I found this cook book a little while ago. When I glanced through the pages :yike :omg. I had to have it plus it was only $20  :chuckle:.  Here's the other days dinner recipe.

Horseradish crusted strip steak. We used boneless rib eye.

Topping
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup finely grated parm cheese
2 tbsp prepared horseradish, we used hot creamy beaver
salt pepper to taste

4 steaks 8 to 10 oz
season w/ s&p
Throw on a hot grill and cook it normally. When you flip it to the other side spread the topping about 5min b4  you would normally pull it from the grill for doneness. All you want is the topping to melt and get a little  color. It's real easy and so damn good
Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.
