I'm taking some of my deer this year and trying to make pastrami from scratch.  Should be fun

That's awsome DoubleJ

I want to do the same thing. A friend of mine gave me 3 or 4 of his beef briskets to corn for pastrami. I'm just waiting to use my home made TBS HOUSE. It's @ least 85% percent done. Need to attach metal for the roof, chimney, and the racks.  I have all the materal just not the know how  :bash: My brother of another mother has been working like a dog. Six days a week 10 to 12 hrs a day  :yike:. He's my Bob the builder tho his name is John  :chuckle:
