Got my WT
« on: October 14, 2008, 06:54:19 PM »
Well not much to write. Went out and got a 3x3 WT. It was my first WT and biggest deer for me. Some good guys pushed it out of a draw Saturday morning for me. It came flying out of the brush took first shoot at 150yrds missed then took another one and dropped it with a 7mm mag to the neck. After it flipped head over heal it dropped.

I will have pics in a few days. The only ones I have with me are the cape and head.

LOL yes they did a good job. If it was not for them the WT would have been boring standing there and shooting. Getting it on the run was a blast watching it flip. Reminded me of a hunting show the way it dropped. :) Taking it in after work Wednesday to get it mounted. Also it was my birthday today so great early B Day present.
