backcountry trip sucess
« on: October 15, 2008, 08:15:49 AM »
well I am short on time, but after packing in for 4 days we came out with one buck one bear and a few stories. I shot the second class buck to let my buddy take the bruiser (he has not taken any big un's) and well.............he choked. the big dude was fighting mine, or kicking his arse might be more like it.

4 days, never saw a single hunter and gobbs of deer............all public land.

Nice...way to get it done.  To bad your buddy choked....would've loved to see the bruiser on the ground too.
