Does anyone know when the deadline to purchase moose, sheep and goat tags. I called WDFW and they said it would be in the license purchase area. So far it is not.

I'm not sure but I think you have 30 days to buy them and you have to buy them at the Olympia office. But I could be totally wrong.

I read to say that the dept sets a cutoff date for you to get your tag(s) that is at least 15 days from notification of being drawn or they offer it up to someone else?

If that is the case I would email the dept today stating you cannot locate the cutoff date to get your tag before you lose it, and ask for verification as to what that date is, that way you have a time & date stamped paper trail started, then first thing Monday morning I would follow-up again with another phone call.

I talked to someone in WDFW licensing this morning and they said we have 15 days after we get the paper permit, which will be mailed in mid july, to purchase.

I just received an email from WDFW that said the same thing. 15 days from when you receive the letter.

"You will soon be receiving a letter in the mail that will explain what will need to be done from here. You will have 15 days from the day you receive the letter to purchase your moose license and tag."

I spoke with someone from WDFW today who said that the letters will go out July 18th and the deadline for purchasing will be August 8th.

Moose... I bought the transport tag and they said the paper permit will be in the mail shortly...

Where did you purchase your tag? I got my postcard in the mail but there's no option to purchase my moose tag online.

and got the map bought from Dale.

and bought the Inland paper pass

now to come up with gas money to get there...
