Problem Bears?

Found a small chunk of DNR next to an urban growth boundary and was surprised at the amount of game coming by on a regular basis.  1 week and had three different bears, three bucks, a fawn, and a yote in 480 pics.  These two bears were the most interesting, looks as if they might have gotten into some trouble and gotten themselves some ID tags.
