Gay used to be a pretty popular name, especially in rural areas (mostly women-short for Gayla- men too-Gaylord). Probably an old timer farmer who cares about what things used to be like more than they are now would be my guess.

those cows range all over those mountains, i know who owns them, hes a real good guy.  ill ask him about it next time i see him.  just think its a damned funny thing to get on cam.  i think that tag should be on this cows ear instead tho
