First soak of the year
« on: July 20, 2013, 05:54:42 PM »
I'm a few months late getting my cams in the woods this year, thought I'd share few of the highlights.  Nothing too exciting but I've only had this spot set up for 8 days.  Went in today to check cam hight and apparently needs some limb removal.  Anybody good at guessing bear size?  300+lbs?

Nice pictures. I'm just a hop, skip and a jump away from Oroville myself.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

CAMPMEAT, i've only been up here 4 years and im amazed how many deer and bear there are up here.  Now if the elk population would ever take off i'd be golden!

huntnnw, he does look like a good buck, now if i can only get a decent pic of him so i can tell what he realy is.  Maybe i need a cam w a faster trigger speed.  I saw your 2012 buck in the taxidermy forum, what a great looking mount!
