where are some good steelhead or salmon fishing spots in july for non native sportsman this year?

No, you are kind of sol :chuckle: Especially for tomorrow. The only river near Granite Falls is the South Fork Stilly, which doesn't have salmon retention, and I highly doubt you could get one to bite that far up anyway. The next two closest rivers would be the main Stillaguamish or the Snohomish, both of which would not be ready to fish for salmon tomorrow :P

 Opportunity and quality increase dramatically if you cross the border into Canada. Many rivers up there with excellent salmon and steelhead runs.
