Tagged deer
« on: July 23, 2013, 11:04:07 PM »
Since there is a tagged elk thread here is my tagged deer. He was a  regular  at my bait site last winter. #3 was a 2 year old. What was really cool is he had an ear tag and an ear transmitter.

I also have pics of two other bucks, whose numbers are 1 and 5. Both with ear tags and no transmitters. Both were small 4x4s last fall.

#2 is a doe that has a neck collar transmitter and I got one pic of #4 also a doe. All numbers were ear tags.

State says its to study deer migration in the winter.

I just seen my first one ever, in 342 this last weekend. It was a collared doe.
Judge if you want, we are all going to die.

I intend to deserve it.

How are they gonna do an accurate study on their migration when you're dumping all that hay for them! :dunno:

Hope he sticks around another 4-5yrs so we can see how big he gets......... then I'll come shoot him for ya!

I have already seen two of them live on the hoof this summer! The states migration theory is bust. These deer are local.
