Just saw the state wide burn ban.  Anyone know if or when areas will close to hunting like last year?  I'd hate to drive a few hours to find out it closed.  Did that last year and don't want to do it again.

Just plan on hunting National Forest- then you won't have to worry about it.

A lot of Bears in both these areas, you will run into a lot less tree hugging hippies in Raymond though, same distance I'd head South no question.

LOL, Tree Hugging Hippies.

I'd go North. You can always find some remote areas up there.

Baker Lake Road.

NF-26 out of Darrington

Green Mountain Rd near Three Fingers

Beckler Rd out of Skykomish

Spada Lake area...

NO B.S dude but if i was you i would head up to cyspus, hike up to blue lake, bring a fishn rod and some rooster tails and night crawlers so you can fish, i have seen a couple big damn bears up there, if you guys are huntn for the 4 days it would be your best bet on short notice, and if you continue on up where asphault turns to dirt there are miles and miles of country to look at and there is another lake up there i judst cant rem, ember the name of it and it had some awesome crawdadn in there to  good luck man i hope ya whack one....
