Best String Leaches
« on: August 07, 2013, 09:16:07 AM »
I have tried many different kinds of string leaches but they all just seem to fail. I shoot quite a bit and have found that the string leaches work great for vibration and noise but I can't keep one on my bow longer than a week or so. I have tried some more heavy duty ones as well but have found they just beak and fling off the bow as well. What do you recommend? I want something I don't have to worry about when I am hunting deep in the woods.
Happy hunting and be safe.

Try the limbsaver everlast leeches. I've had mine on my vector turbo for over a year and it still looks good! I put new strings on a month ago and used the same leech. I shoot a min of 3-4 times a week year around so I have thousands of shots on it and its still going strong. Just dont slide it in the string that will shorten its life.

I like the limbsaver, never thought the whiskers did a great job.  :twocents:

I see no need for leeches anymore with the invention of string suppressors. Otherwise, I'd pick the limbsaver
