how do you cope?

All spring long, I eagerly await the fantastic weather of july and august.  but when august arrives I can't effing handle it.  26 days til elk season and I'm about to go insane.  I try to keep as busy as possible.  how does everybody else handle it?  does anything work?  I need help badly.

i play it off especailly in front of my wife cause i get to go a week or more to Elk camp without her and no cell service but when im by my self or with my camp buddies im all smiles and get super excited, at work i have to stay away from you tube cause ill look up elk videos and makes me want to jump out of my skin.... best thing i do is not count the days cause then it makes things so much worse and the days will drag on foreeeeeevvvvvvvvveeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!! Good luck hunting though.
