This one just could pass but don't be fooled this one has far reaching implications than what one might think.

They want to ban DIY assault weapons....so are they going to ban metal or carbon fiber or plastic? They have in writing to prohibit sales of things not regulated as a firearm that could be made into a receiver. The grabbers get loonier and loonier.

looks like all parts to make a gun, or semi auto. Gunsmiths and parts wharehouses will lose tons.
Plus if you read the health care parts it doesn't prohibit drs from asking about guns how stored etc.....
Better not have a bad reaction to any precription or your guns will be gone. It also goes into who smokes who drinks etc...

Thanks for catching this one. It doesn't seem to be on the NRA-ILA, USSA, or GOA radars yet; that is, there doesn't seem to be any notices out there from them regarding the bill. How did you find out about it? I just sent messages to these org's requesting an assessment and recommended action. The bill still appears to be in committee.

GOA said they knew about it and will be coming out with an alert soon. Thanks again for letting everyone know that more bad legislation is being promoted.
