Chevron by the great wolf lodge has a no gun policy, a quick google search says the great wolf is anti also. The Burger claim has the same owners so it most likely is as well. I'll check next time I go by but I try to stay away from all those places.

I think Cafe Racer has a reason to be afraid of having guns in their store after the shooting a couple of years ago.

I would think it would be a reason to encourage more guns in their business.  Maybe even have employees open carrying.

Than shouldn't these casinos be added to this list and boycotted in their entirety from sportsmen?

Why does everyone jump on buffalo wild wings it is a bar and last I checked state law prohibits carrying in a bar, cafe-racer is also a bar so it would be a crime to carry there rendering there policies against it moot.
Now then, get your equipment—your quiver and bow—and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.  Gen. 27:3
