EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for posting it.  He has a very unique color to him.  I love those red tips.  That was the color of my first bear which happens to be my biggest to date looked like, or similiar.
Congrats....here I was feeling sorry for you because of your surgery and all, and your fall is already more successful than mine.    DAWG!

Great looking bear. Congratulations. I too believe it is a good start to the season.  8)

I've been out about 3 times and have had no luck. Am headed out for a spot tomorrow morning. Maybe one of us will connect but who knows? We will be resorting to calling instead of spot and stalk.... Since we have not been able to spot any in the open yet.

Wow Miles, you are one tough *censored*!  Bear hunting in sandles????  I don't think my feet could take that, I'll bet you are one tough guy to hunt with in the mountains.  :) :)

Not yet, I hate hunting in the hot weather.  Today and tomorrow is what I wait for.  Today I didn't get home and in bed till 0430, drove down to Portland to pick up a new pack mule.  So I was too wore out today.   :)

Awesome, congrats on your first bear, that does have a very cool coloring.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.
