To do or not to do..

So my big bull tag starts the 3rd and I have been asking myself this question. Do I go up on the 2nd to my hunting spot and replenish the salt supply or just wait till the 3rd, hunt it, THEN replenish the salt?

I don't want to scare off the elk the night before and not have them around for the morning. But, if they find the salt again at night they may stick around for morning too.

Maybe early the day before, but if you think you will bump them then suggest not going. Better to be safe than sorry.
