Puyallup Regs
« on: September 08, 2013, 11:49:38 AM »
Puyallup fishing regs and the fishing rule change the WDFW posted after the season was set with the Tribes both say " Release wild adult Chinook". But what about Coho? You can keep a wild(unclipped) adult Coho? Am I reading this right? I don't want to release a fish if I don't have to.  Thanks for the help.

My kid still gives me a bad time about a nice wild coho he landed and I released for him before we knew you could keep 'em. The way he and I found out it was legal was from a fish checker about 10 minutes after. So yes, any coho can be kept. Just no unmarked chinook.
