It "should" not affect those that breed working dogs.WRL

Is a hunting dog that is also a pet not a working dog? If a breeder sells a dog to a non-hunting home does that open them up to being classified as breeder of non-working dogs? And what about the four breeding females rule? Anything that Wayne Pacelle of HSUS supports you should be very wary of.The UKC put this out today...http://www.ukcdogs.com/Web.nsf/News/USDAFinalRuleChangesandIm09112013030111PM
