Changes in early season hurt or help?
« on: September 25, 2013, 01:13:16 AM »
Looking forward to watching and hearing some feed back on this. We had some talks in camp in which we all agree that with the dates for early archery moving we would have less time to disturb/break up any bulls and there heard of cows. With this in mind most of the cows that came into heat early should be breed and during the peek of the rut which is a down time for all hunting should allow all to be breed. Which in turn should leave little if any of second round of cows coming in during the muzzy season. This should make it harder for any of the muzzy guys to be successful at calling in bulls. I would think that the conception rate should increase and with not being able to hunt the love crazy bulls there numbers should go up. All in all less killing bulls, better breeding and more calves. Maybe eventually leading to greater number and healthier herds. What do your thoughts?  :dunno:

Sounds like wishful thinking to me.
Welcome to liberal America, where the truth is condemned and facts are ignored so as not to "offend" anyone
