Went in there sat and sun to this spot that is only about 30 mins from my house. On saturday we saw plently of fresh sign and probably 9-10 elk but no spikes, and we heard lots of shooting. I mean the most I've ever heard on the opener
. On sunday we went up and bumped about 10 deer with 2 legal bucks and we saw around 20 elk and one spike that I missed on the run
. And we helped a guy load his spike into the truck so I would call it a pretty good weekend besides missing that elk. But we should be getting some weather on friday night. Pray for some SNOW
