I have no idea why yours was loud... Mine is as quiet as can be, The last deer I shot my buddy was 20 yrds from me and never heard it go off, also its a hoyt.. id take that bow over any matthews, bear or any other.. I also have a Pro elite I shoot indoors, that was and is the most winning target bow ever. and will set you back $1200 just for the bow.. the new vantage elite is the top target bow now, but ill stick with my Pro Elite.. I also ordered the new alphamax 35 to replace my trykon xl for hunting/3d.. custom of course  ;) and last I knew that is hoyts best new bow... also the trykon is accurate as nails, I shot my first vegas 300 round with it... its quiet, fast and no vibration at all, the STS system I put on both my hoyts was just insurance...... they did make a diff though but both were already super smooth without it....

im just givin you a hard time man id be loyal to a company too if i shot for them an i really couldnt tell you why mine was loud but its always fun to bicker about who thinks what is better and why but ive shot both and me personally i like my drenalin better... even better than mathews' new  bows and it works for me like your hoyts work  for you right .. its all just for fun .. just makin sure you knew i wasnt tryin to get under your skin

Well, my wife put in an order for a Reflex Growler as my Xmas gift!  Got it for $290 after cashing in our Cabela's points.  I can't wait.  So now I will be selling my current bow as soon as I have the new one in my hot little hands to put the money back on the credit card.

I did it!  I went down and plunked down a bunch of cash on a new Alpha Max 32 for me and a Trykon Jr for my daughter for Christmas.  I posted a pic in the Archery forum.  :chuckle:

I have been shooting Elite's GT500, if your looking for a new bow I highly suggest you take a look at them. there made in Walla Walla Washington too.
I will buy the next released from them. I really like the speed and solid back wall this bow has. Well enough with the ad like post just excited about my bow.

I have a switchback XT, I have been looking at hte new Matthews line, and might have to fling a few arrows from the Reezen, and Monster.  My XT has done me well killing three of my last 4 elk, but I wouldnt mind getting something a little faster, as long as the draw cycle isnt too bad.

Now i am down to Hoyt Alphamax 32 - Mathwes Drenalin or DXT  .Still tough choice . I need to find who has Hoyt and Drenalin ,so i can try shoot them ,before making my final choice.Shoot Bowtech  ,DXT ,and some bow call limb saver .I like bowtech and dxt ..limb saver wasn't bad only littile heavy .So i guess i am taking my time to choose right bow for me ,and prices will go down too ;) I like Bowtech ,but  they have too many problems ,at least what i found about them on internet .Too bad ,otherwise they will be my 1 choice .Please don't start any brand war ,this is just my opinion ,I am just try think loud  . So if anybody who leave close around renton area ,have Hoyt Aplhamax 32  or drenalin ,and will let me try them for couple shoots ,it may completed my search .I got feeling soon i shoot Hoyt Alphamax 32 ,is may be my choice :)) Just feel this way  ;)
Thank you
I hope my post don't start any brand war .Please don't !

Alright I have been looking and shooting and settled on a PSE x force TS. I liked the x-force Dream season but did not like the grip they had B.E.S.T. i rather have the wood as it fits my hand way better. I loved the 32 and 35 alpha and the drenalin, but the TS was the best fit for me. Now I need to stick something next year as it has been five years since I picked up a bow to hunt (in washington).... I am waiting for my rest so I can get my arrows and off to the back yard to fling some arrows!!!
