it was a good hunt for us. we were able to fill 5 tags. they were all does. its ok. we had two young boys and it was their first time bow hunting for deer. they did a great job. it was my wife's first mule deer with a bow. they are bow hunters for life.

Congrats to all your party and an extra shout out for the first timers
I took a nice doe out of that area along with three more in our party also connecting in the last week of the season. Mine sure is tasty
one of the best I have ever tasted out of many in that area over the years. What was the fat ratio like on those that you all got? All 4 we got were very lean almost no fat
I've been curious about what people have been seeing on their deer because in the past they usually have noticeably more on them this time of year. I just pray we don't have a big winter kill like back in 94 & 95 along with wolf activity and what looks like a nasty winter on the way.
Well once again great job to all of you...keep them boys in the woods.
