Peaches Ridge Bull Tag... Please help!
« on: October 19, 2013, 08:28:57 PM »
I drew the Peaches Ridge Rifle Bull tag and I'm debating where to go. I'm more familiar with 336 Cle Elum side but feel the elk numbers aren't there. I went and poked around little Naches area and feel that's where they are. Any advice? Please let me know.

Big GMU's and lots of elk to be had.  Good Luck....burn some boot rubber and you will surely connect on a respectable bull.

Hey guys, he really needs any help your willing to give. talked to him yesterday at the raven's roost trailhead yesterday afternoon.

I did go and pulled my cam out of where I pointed out the general location it was in and Have quite a bit of pictures, but nothing to recent as in the last week.  Intel that I heard from a very reliable source was the elk have moved down quite a bit and are in that drainage below where you were. I seen a few elk and fresh rubs hiking the creek down and coming straight to the trailhead from the drainage yesterday. Today they were off of a spur road on that road you drove to get up there yesterday. I would say hunt your area in the 336 first what you were saying yesterday and maybe if you have time scout out that drainage.

Lots of country!!  I would hit the deep dark nasty stuff..  Elevation around 4500.   They have been pushed but they are there!

Wish I didnt have to work this week.
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.
