We went out on Friday and my son knocked over one.  It was a 2X3...

We were up in the CF this evening in the rain as well. We only managed to jump one deer. Oh, I did get spooked by a couple grouse and found a two point shed.

Cool on finding the shed.

I only saw one buck all of General Season.  Glad I pulled the trigger.

Checked a couple cams yesterday up there.  No daytime photos.   :dunno:  The good news is that some of the tarsals are gettin stinky!  I started seeing the tarsals gettin ripe on the 7th.  So they are comin in good, right about now.  Good luck tomorrow.

Last thursday coming home after dark and low and behold there is Mr. Big in my driveway. Nice symetrical 4x4 with a 16 inch spread. If he is hanging around on the 20th I think he will be the recipient of the pointy end of one of my arrows. I can't wait! :bash: :bash: :bash:

Been a nice group of does and one other smaller buck hanging around too.

Well today is actually the last day and we won't be going out.  :bash:
While I have the day off, he wasn't able to get out of work. We were looking for a 3 point or better and we didn't see anything larger then some small two points. It has been a pretty tough year for me with the BT's. I hope late buck brings better luck.

My buddy was up there today Grouse hunting and he only saw one butt end of a deer. I have yet to see a deer up there this year when I was archery hunting.

I'm taking my cousin up there tomorrow (I hunt archery), so she can try and connect with her first deer (this is her first year hunting). She'll be happy with anything that has horns.  :) Not sure where I'm gonna head to yet, but if you see a gray chevy say hi.
