Went out this morning. Saw one coyote, but it was too close to a bunch of horses to risk a shot.  My luck holds...

How long can a buck keep its velvet? Wouldn't it of rub off by now (Dec)?

The last two deer I shot both had a little velvet, but that is full on velvet  I have never seen one like that in December.

Have seen both bucks and bulls with full velvet in december pic looks reall to me due to the frost or snow on the ground in the background.  :tup: hope those antlers didnt go to waste looks like an old buck.
