That deer was shot by a bow hunter on shorty naggs land. It ran for a 100 yards and dropped. As they were going over to the deer it got back up and took off. They searched until darkness but couldn't find it. At daybreak they continued to look for it. They saw a bunch of crows in the distance hovering over something so they went and checked it out. They found what was left of the deer and that coyote. Shorty naggs shot the yote at 80 yards. The deer was pretty much picked over in just one night. My question is how many 30 pound coyotes does it take to eat an entire deer in one night?  Would have been nice to see huff how many coyotes got a free meal that night. The antlers were not wasted.

Shot this fella at about a 100 for team dog scat, when I walked up to him I thought, s@$t! I shot someone's dog!  It looks just like a red husky. Prettiest one I've seen in years.

Couldn't shoot it  cause it was on private land and I don't have permission....but can get a half point with the camera.  It was a huge Yote.

Shorty naggs said he shot it right in the chest and exited out the back. The yote was tugging on the hide around the neck. Coyote pic is "as is" when it dropped.

Does he get a "do-over"?
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

My friend had the same thing happen to him in Manson a few seasons back. He stuck one good but had to wait til the AM to get it. His looked much the same except it was a WT and did not have a rack like that!  Bummer to lose all that meat to the rotten coyotes.
