Awesome!  I'm prepping my son for next year now.  Also curious on the cartridge/caliber/load.  Meet a 11 year old this year that was shooting a 300 win and did well with it, shocked me!!!

Thats awesome!  Makes dad feel darn good when his son puts down the first nice bull.  7mm-08 is a great youth cartridge.   I'm real impressed he was able to have the instinct to throw up and put another in him off hand.  Not many youths or heck adults for that matter are able to pull it off.  Tell him good job!!

He has the taste now.  Really nice bull too.  Congrats to him for steady under pressure hits.  You and he will be chatting this one up for years to come.  Can you imagine the school conversations?

Wow, what an awesome animal and story. That young man is a stud hunter.
