Got this email this afternoon From BIG GAME FOREVER
Radical new plans to force unmanaged wolf populations across America were released last week. Here is a map of the next phase of these wolf proliferation plans:

What Big Game Forever is Doing to Protect Wild Game
As you are aware, Big Game Forever is working diligently to protect America’s wildlife populations and the rights of sportsmen. Tonight on Outdoor Channel, Shawn Michaels MacMillan River Adventures will take you to the halls of Congress with Big Game Forever. You can see what our nation’s leaders are doing to ensure state’s have management authority over wolves.

Here is what we need to understand: Extreme animal rights activists see unmanaged wolves as a means to a broader agenda. What is this broader agenda? Not only decreasing opportunity for sportsmen, but closing of public land hunting units, ending public land grazing and ultimately the “re-wildling” of America. Our goal is simple: we want to protect wild game, our outdoor heritage and the right of states to address concerns when they arise.
Here is a quote that illustrates the agenda, “Change the policies and practices …[to] eliminate their participation in killing wolves to artificially boost game populations.”
How will this affect wildlife and hunting in your state?
Southern Rockies (Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico):

Wolves dispersing from the Blue Range Wolf Recovery Area could reach the canyon region, but relocations of wolves would greatly accelerate expansion into the area…Other promising recovery sites include northern New Mexico and southern Colorado and Utah. Additional areas, in west Texas…”

http://www.defenders.org/publications/places-for-wolves-northeast.pdf How these plans extend beyond wolf expansion:
(1) The aggressive wolf expansion plans now include the Southern Rockies (Colorado, Utah) , Pacific Northwest (Washington State, Oregon, California), The Southwest (Arizona, New Mexico, Texas), and Northeast (Maine, New York, New England).
(2) The stated goal is to decrease wild game populations
(3) They hope to stop professional wolf control activities.
(4) They advocate for wolf transplants.
(5) No state management to protect wildlife using federal mandates.
(6) They want to repeat the impacts to wildlife experienced in the Northern Rockies.
