Thanks for the comments guys but this buck is close to my house and sometimes real close I think the battle scar on his side is from fighting his horns are nice
But the buck I shot was bigger body wise and the more dominant buck I think mine was stating to regress

Yes I know how big he is I have a 142 in on the wall and several between the 110 and 130 that buck is close to 190 plus considering I'm looking at him in the field chasing another buck right now
I believe in hunting not just killing for the recognition of killing the state record for which he is and within a few inches either way of the all time I've seen him in the yard eating what's left of my apples it's incredible to watch.
The yard even for me whether it's elk or deer is off limits but if they are out where I hunt em they are fair game
My nephew is 15 he's hunting next weekend with me so who knows.
I sent him those pics now he hasn't slept for a couple days lol

Hope he can handle some buck fever.  A lot of guys couldn't with a big one like that in their sights.  Great buck. 8)
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

I'm taking the initiative to officially name that buck 'Blackenous Maximus Rackosaurus'
It seems to fit him well.
