elk burgers !

Just made up some elk burgers for Mon night ball.
Mixed with an egg some salt pepper katchup mustard and a few spices add cheese grilled onions and mushroom some condiments , tasted awesome even suprised brother and girlfriend with their first elk burger.  :IBCOOL:

hell...may as well have used German Shepard burger with all the stuff you put in it bra....

Dont think its possible for anything not to taste good with all you had on it there kid

I like 'em without the bun and minimal condiments so I can truly taste the actual flavor of the meat.

Yeah my brother didn't even know it was elk til.he,was done and I told him. He was suprised
