I can't buy a coyote. Went out saturday and heard some but the snow was too deep for them to move around much. Saw more deer than anything else. Oh well..

This one would have been toast. I was on the clock and no rifle, go figure.

Saw 2 together today and managed to get pics of both.
I was walking up to check out a couple elk and snap some pics. They blew out as I crested a ridge. To bad I left my rifle in the truck.

After 10 min's of calling, I saw this young female coming in very slowly at about 350 yards. She disappeared into a small draw at about 250 yard straight in front of me. Two min's later I saw her head appear 75 yard straight down the barrel of my gun. 15 seconds later all I saw was fur flying in the scope.

Man talk about bad luck today. I called in 10 coyotes in 3 stands and only got a shot at one which I missed. I took my dog out with me and a coyote came to with in 5yds of me to my left and my dog got up and the yote took off running and I missed it at 200 yd broad side. I think that I need to stop shoting a gun and start taking picks
