If you drive to your remote location, then by definition of the regulation.....you're road hunting.

That's true. If you're on Weyerhaeuser land, most of the time you will either be walking, or driving, on a road.

The best deterrent to so called "road hunting" is the high price of gas. At $4 a gallon I sure cannot afford to drive around all day looking for a legal animal next to the road.

That only stops the people like you and I. Most of the "hunting" rigs I see cruising the Entiat area roads during season are not really concerned with gas prices.

Its all already against the law and in our regs......and who would think wdfw isnt aware of how similar laws are written in other states ?  Its extemely difficult to enforce any way.

Like said, we dont need more vague laws open to individual interpretation........if you dont like company, find a different spot.   

So if you are moving from spot to spot and an animal jumps out, or you see it on a ridge, do you want to go to court to defend yourself against charges of intent to hunt deer ( or whatever ) from a vehicle ??  GET REAL GUYS !!!!!!!

Who gives a rip if you "road hunt" in a legal manner?  How many folks have "road hunted" antelope?  I have.  Lots.  You drive, glass, stalk, shoot.  What is so wrong with that?

Thats absurd.

Just the fact that you need to drive to your hunting spot, then hike 10 feet or 10 miles makes every person a road hunter. If you are heading out and you are 1/4 mile from your parking spot and see a masher you can bet every single hunter would jam it in park and go for it.
