1st blood with new rifle
« on: December 19, 2013, 10:15:18 AM »
Went out this morning to try and kill a dog with my new remington 700 sps tactical. Got to my location and waited till it was light enough to see and walked in. I set up on a little rise and let the johnny stewart preymaster rip. 5 min later I had a coyote bombing across left to right in front of me. I raised the rifle and it stopped and boom! Dirt nap! 60yd shot and the 50gr v max did great, like always. Made 3 more stands  but didnt turn anything uo.

That coyote probably ate the cat!  :chuckle:
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

I think the cat he's talking about would probably be the one doing the eating :chuckle:

Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.
