Bruce, I'm on the market for otter stretchers too.  I currently have a 20 lb otter on a board you made that I borrowed from Fred.  This board is 71" but Top Lot's stretchers are 66". I have otters that are bigger than 20 lbs so I just emailed Top Lot and asked if they would make me some 71" otter boards.  I told them they could probably sell more of these larger otter boards to PNW trappers.
