Okay I am in I had shoulder surgery a year ago I gained a little over 70 lbs and having a hard time getting rid of it so I just got off the scale and 365.6 lbs is what it said so let's go

In and I plan on sticking to it this year.  I will get my weight tomorrow morning and report it then.  I imagine it will not be good.

MY money is on Whit , so im not in but I'm gonna make a push this spring more to keep my BP in check . I'm in the 260-270's and should be 230-240 . I'm gonna eat oatmeal every day and the coffee Hotties wont see me as much .Good luck and Good health this upcoming year HW members.

I have not been keeping track for a few months and used my weight from the last time I remember.
I was at 195 for a long time.
I weighed myself last night to get a baseline and I am at 168.
I had no idea.

I'm in. 255 per doc's scale. Lost 15 pounds about 4 1/2 months ago when I had emergency gall bladder surgery.... Gained it back. Having my other knee replaced the 6th of January. I think I'll start being (eating) a little healthier. Maybe a little less beer too.
